Job description

SG Personnel was formed in 2013 and is a small but extremely reputable recruiter of industrial temporary operatives into the manufacturing sector in the North East. Maintaining excellent service levels are extremely key to us and with that in mind, we are looking to recruit a recruitment coordinator to add to our very experienced team who share the same values as our existing staff and will support the account managers in delivering our services. The role of the recruitment coordinator role includes:
  • Contacting applicants of interest by telephone
  • Arranging interviews and engaging with our modern recruitment database software
  • Interviewing candidates on and off site
  • Supporting in the delivery of on site inductions
The person:
  • Either a graduate or a candidate with at least 6 months experience of working in a fast paced office environment
  • Experience of working within a recruiting environment would be advantageous but not essential
  • Able to work full time hours 8.30am-5pm and be flexible to work additional hours as and when required
  • Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have their own transport
This is an ideal starter position within the recruitment industry and can naturally lead to progression into a stand alone account manager role within the business.
