An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful manufacturer in Washington as a Team Leader on a permanent dayshift.

Responsible for leading a team of 30 people to achieve daily production targets, and ensure maximum output whilst adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising, directing and supporting a team to meet production targets.

• Managing quality control and allocation of work.

• Communication with other departments to ensure continuity of production.

• Hands-on daily production.

Person Specification:

• Must have previous supervisory experience within a light manufacturing environment.

• To show good people management skills.

• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify problems and react quickly.

• A confident leader able to communicate effectively with other team members and departments.

The role will be working 4 days per week Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm, and the company is offering a basic salary of £26,000 per annum.
